How we do wellbeing at Revolut 🧘🏻‍♀️ (AU and SG)

We already know that Revoluters are exceptional people. But what makes us extraordinary is how well we’ve adapted to remote work amidst a pandemic. We’ve continued to innovate for customers by launching 24 new retail and business products; operationalised Revolut Bank in 12 locations and further expanded into key markets.

Now, it’s time to sit back and recharge with some of the ways we support wellbeing at work.

Two paid wellbeing days 💆🏼‍♀️

To reward our high-tempo performance amidst unusual circumstances, all Revoluters now have two paid wellbeing days on top of regular annual leave days. Our CEO Nik Storonsky is taking the lead by getting some downtime, and has encouraged everyone — whom he commended as “drivers of our success” — to do the same.

This initiative is part of a larger project that’ll take us closer to our goal of creating the best possible work environment for our global workforce. All Revoluters, including those serving notice or in their probationary period, can use their wellbeing days until 30 November 2021.

Temporary working abroad policy 🌎

Revolut has introduced a 60-day temporary work abroad policy, allowing Revoluters to work from almost anywhere in the world. This means we can be near family and friends, get inspired in a new environment, and explore new places on the weekends.

Wellbeing events across the world 🧘🏾‍♂️

To get everyone into the habit of prioritising wellbeing at work (and at home), our Workplace and Engagement team has come up with a thoughtful lineup of virtual events targeted at raising physical, social, emotional and environmental wellbeing. We even have one of our own sharing his journey battling chronic depression and how we can fight the stigma of mental health issues together.

This Wellbeing Week, we encourage you to find ways to lean into what your mind, body and soul needs. Career wellbeing is also an important part of holistic gratification, so if you’re looking for more fulfilment in that area, a career with Revolut may just be it.
