Based on data tracked from March 1 to May 31, 2021, Singaporeans chomped through an average of S$32 on food delivery every day. As predicted, the number of people getting food delivered to their homes peaked in the first week of the Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) lockdown, with those between the ages of 25 and 34 responsible for 44% of transactions made.
