FAQ | Medical Energizer

  1. How do I sign up for the Medical Energizer Campaign?
    If you are new to Revolut, register for a Revolut account via the Revolut app and complete the onboarding process.

    This campaign is only available to Revolut customers in Singapore who have completed account verification checks successfully. Once you have completed your identity verification, order the free Standard Revolut Visa debit Card, load your mobile wallet and start using Revolut.
  2. How do I get activated for the ride rebates and 3% cashback?
    After you have signed up and activated your Revolut Account, send an email using your work email address, to medicalstaffsg@revolut.com with a subject: "Medical Energizer". If you used a different email address to open a Revolut account, please note this in the email.

    If you have a medical ID, kindly attach your medical ID in the email so we know the growing numbers of medical heroes we have helped.

  3. Can I still get the 3% cashback and rides rebates if I already have a Revolut card?
    Absolutely! Send an email using your work email address to medicalstaff@revolut.com with a subject: "Medical Energizer". If you used a different email address to open a Revolut account, please note this in the email. If you have a medical ID, please attach it in the email so we know the growing numbers of Medical heroes we have helped.
  4. How do the rides rebate and the 3% cashback work?
    Every Friday, you will receive the weekly accumulated 3% cashback on all Revolut card spend (excluding e-wallet top ups) and rides rebates for any taxi or ride-sharing fees to and from your place of work.

  5. I understand the 3% cashback on all card spend. How much will I get in taxi / ride-share rebates?
    You will receive up to S$5 per ride on up to two rides per day, up to a maximum of S$50 per week. These numbers may be lower, subject to the donations raised on our platform.
  6. Is the crowdfunding of donations being used to subsidise the 3% cashback?
    No, Revolut is fully funding the cashback program and 100% of the crowdfunded donations received from Revolut customers will be used towards subsidising your taxi or ride-share rides to and from work.
  7. Usage of the Revolut app
    Make use of our online customer support – our chatbot ‘Rita’ and Live Agents are available via the Revolut app 24/7. In the Revolut app, under Dashboard, click on the symbol ‘?’ to access the FAQ section with regards to usage and product features of the app.
  8. Are these benefits only available to Revolut Premium or Revolut Metal customers?
    No. Medical professionals and exclusive extension to all employees who are on our Standard plan will also have access to these benefits. Any existing Metal customers will receive an additional 3% cashback.
