Rewards help you save money on everyday purchases.
We look for cashback offers and discounts from top brands to help give your balance a boost. We will be releasing Rewards in many more countries across the globe in the next few months.
How do I start saving?
Simply open your Revolut app and navigate to Rewards.
If you see an offer that you like, tap through to the offer page to learn more about it. Be sure to have a read of the T&Cs and then tap on through to enjoy the Reward.
We’re always adding more Rewards from online discounts to in-store cashbacks, so check back regularly so you don’t miss out.
How does Rewards work?
We help bring you the best Rewards from merchants across the world. We also understand that not everyone shops in the same places, that’s why we highlight the offers recommended for you based on the brands you already like.
We send you offers that we think you’ll love, when you need them most.
If you like or don’t like an offer you see, leave feedback 👍 or 👎 on the offer page to help us recommend you the most relevant brands.
How does cashback rewards work?
Cashback is credited after your purchase with a merchant. Cashback is usually calculated based on the total transaction amount of your purchase when you pay with your Revolut card, otherwise the reward will not be valid.
To be eligible to receive cashback through Rewards:
- Tap out from the link in the Rewards section
- Check out using your Revolut card
- Read each merchant’s T&Cs and
- Receive your cashback once your purchase is validated
Common reasons a purchase may be invalid, is if you return the item after purchase, use a discount code or a wrong payment method at checkout, or make a purchase offline while the offer is valid for online purchases only, or vice versa.
Following your purchase on an eligible item, we work with the merchant to validate the transaction and then we send you your Reward. Usually, you may have to wait up to 90 days for your cashback to be automatically credited to your account.
Why is there a wait before my cashback is paid?
We’re working with trusted partners who are specialists in getting cashback out to customers quickly. If you’re concerned that your cashback hasn’t arrived after 90 days, please do get in touch with us via chat support.
I have not received my cashback for over 90 days.
How do I claim missing cashback?
If you’ve made a purchase and you have not received your cashback within 90 days, contact our support team via the chat. Make sure you tell them your order ID that will be on the receipt of the purchase so we can investigate the claim promptly.

Why does my friend have different Rewards?
We’ve developed a system that allows us to send Rewards to people based on what we think they’ll love and want to use.
We don’t want to send you Rewards that are irrelevant to yourself, so you may see different Rewards recommended in your app. You can use the Search or ‘Discover More’ features to explore all the offers available to you.
