What is Crypto for Business?

If you’re not familiar already, crypto, or cryptocurrencies, are digital assets existing on a secure network. Rather than being tied to a central authority, such as a bank, crypto is secured through a peer-to-peer network of computers.

Like stocks, people are able to buy and trade in these assets. And if you want to hold your surplus business cash in crypto, we’ve just made it a bit easier to do so.

With Crypto for Business, you can now buy, hold, and sell crypto straight from your Revolut Business account, no matter your business size. You can start right away. Choose one or more coins from a growing range, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Polkadot (DOT), Polygon (MATIC), Cardano (ADA), and Ripple (XRP). Looking for other tokens? Don’t worry – we’re adding more very soon.

With that said, remember crypto is volatile, so it can gain or lose value over time, and any investment can lose its value entirely.

What can you do with Crypto for Business?

Diversify your assets
You can now easily diversify your company’s assets by purchasing crypto in the same place you manage your business account. So far, our customers using Crypto for Business have invested an average of 15%* of their total assets on their Revolut Business account in crypto.
