Closure of the business improvement order

We would like to bring to your attention the closure of the administrative action issued by KLFB/JFSA last year.

Revolut has taken this regulatory intervention extremely seriously and has been working closely with our regulators in the past 12 months to address the deficiencies and strengthen our compliance, internal control and governance frameworks. We have placed the provision of safe and secure services to our customers and compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations as the highest priority for Revolut. 

We have made significant investments in innovation, systems, processes, controls and people to ensure that we protect our customers as the company grows, and we will continue to do so.
