When we say “love is love”, we mean it 🏳️‍🌈

If you haven’t heard, Pride is a pretty big deal here at Revolut. From our signature Pride cards to advocacy for allyship among our teams, we really go above and beyond to show our LGBTQIA+ community that we love them for who they are.

Stonewall research shows that 26% of employees in the UK are still uncomfortable being out in the workplace. We want to bring that number down for our amazing Revoluters – all the way down. So we work hard to create an inclusive work environment where our colleagues feel confident bringing their whole selves to work.

Here, we give you an inside look at how we celebrate Pride at Revolut:

We give LGBTQIA+ Revoluters and their allies a seat at the table

Diversity is the heart we wear on our sleeves, so we’ve created a loving community — affectionately called our Pride Guild — that champions Revoluters’ right to an inclusive workplace. It’s a safe place for LGBTQIA+ Revoluters to share what’s on their minds, and a great place for allies to let them know they’re not alone in their fight to be themselves.

We raise awareness amongst Revoluters — regardless of gender and orientation

Pride, at its core, is about education. It’s incredibly important for us that everyone can come to work as they are. That’s why our brilliant Workplace Experience and Culture team put together resources that help all Revoluters learn about the challenges that the LGBTQIA+ community faces, as well as how they’d like to be supported or related to, and how teams can create stronger psychological safety overall.

We share our love of Pride with our customers

Nothing shows support more than commitment does, and that’s exactly what we did. We dedicated business hours, teams and resources towards projects that show our support for LGBTQIA+ communities globally. We brought back our signature Pride cards, gave customers the opportunity to turn their Revolut apps rainbow and worked with our Donations partners to give our customers an avenue to show their support.
