At Revolut Business, it's our mission to help you get more from your business account with powerful tools that give you total control over your finances. That’s why we’re launching regular monthly updates to help you keep track of what’s new so you can make the most of your account. Read on to find out more about what we’ve launched recently:

Make an impression with metal

Forged from 18 grams of stainless steel and backed by Revolut Business’ innovative features, our distinctive metal cards are exclusively available for customers on our paid plans. Start making local and international payments for free - the higher the plan, the higher the allowance. Plus, you can save even more time and money with automated business processes, exclusive deals and discounts with 24/7 priority support.

Accept payments online at great rates

Receive card payments from around the world easily and securely and keep more of what you earn with our competitive pricing model. Depending on your selected Revolut Business plan, you can enjoy an allowance of free UK and EEA consumer card payment acceptance every month, with no extra fees. We charge a low 1.3% fee for UK and EEA consumer card payments and a 2.8% fee for all other card payments.

Discover different ways of accepting payments on your e-commerce platform of choice. If you use WooCommerce (WordPress), Prestashop, or Magento, you can set up your website to accept payments with our guide and set easy-to-install plugins in just a few clicks –  no development experience required.

Need a custom-made way to accept payments on your website? Build your own checkout experience using our customisable widget and Merchant API. Our documentation will help your developers to create a payment flow that will truly suit your business’ needs.

Easily record out-of-pocket expenses

Now, you can access all of your business spending on Expenses – including non-Revolut transactions. This means you can easily attach a receipt, categorise and review card and bank payments as well as out-of-pocket expenses, all in one place. Currently available on iOS and web. Plus, to make expense management even easier, you can search or filter expenses by merchant name, team member, expense category, currency account or time range. Only available on web for the moment.

Request payments from anyone, anywhere – without a website. Create and send links in seconds to receive card payments easily and securely without sharing your account details. Just take these simple steps: create a payment link, choose the currency, the amount and a description, then share it with your customer via email or text. That way, you’ll access your funds quickly in a single account.

FreshBooks now available on Marketplace

We’ve partnered with FreshBooks to help small businesses sync their transactions. With built-in automation, it makes invoicing, expense tracking, and online payments super fast and easy. With this full integration with Revolut Business, you can get the best of both platforms together.

That’s it for December’s update!

We hope you’ve had a great year developing and managing your business with Revolut Business. Stay tuned for our next update in the new year.
