Despite all the changes, our vacancies are well and truly open to people displaced from Ukraine due to the invasion by Russia. We’ve been working on processes and policies to allow us to support your relocation across Europe, and we’re now ready to get going. In a number of European countries, we can take care of any operational and financial challenges, as well as flights and accommodation for you and your immediate family.

🟡 Does Revolut hire people from Ukraine?

Yes, Revolut hires people from Ukraine. We aren’t able to offer jobs for people based in Ukraine at the moment, as the country is in a state of war, but we’re still recruiting those who have relocated to other countries or are willing to relocate with Revolut.

🟡 Can I work at Revolut remotely from Ukraine?

Remote work from Ukraine isn’t yet an option as basic enablement cannot be provided under the current state in the country.

🟡 Does Revolut support relocation from Ukraine?

We’re enabling candidates who aren’t limited by martial law to relocate from Ukraine to other countries in Europe.

We help candidates relocate to a number of countries across Europe depending on the role.

🟡 For which positions does Revolut support relocation?

Software Engineers, Product Owners, Product Designers, Operation Managers. Other roles are subject to individual discussion.

🟡 What is included in the relocation package offered by Revolut?

Revolut offers operational and financial support with formalities, tickets and accommodation for candidates and their family members. Our relocation budget includes 5 000 GBP for candidate + 1 000 GBP for each dependence.

Candidates can be relocated with their spouse and children.

We try to ensure it is as fast as possible right now, but it depends on the role and can take from 1 week to 3 weeks.

🟡 How long does the relocation process take?

We make sure we relocate candidates from Ukraine who are not under martial law as soon as possible. If you’re already in another European country, the process will be even easier and faster.

🟡 What level of English is required?

We’re a global company and most of our teams are international, so to be able to work at Revolut, your English level should be not lower than upper-intermediate/B2.
